VINNIES WINTER APPEAL
Thank you to those who have supported our Vinnies Winter Appeal. Please continue to donate to assist people in need in our local community.
Donations provided by Year 11 Mackillop enabled the supply of gloves and over 40 beanies toward the appeal.
Thank you also to June Kirkham, a member of craft-tea characters for making a large supply of beanies for the appeal.
Please continue to assist our local community by contributing to this appeal.
Year 7-10 students are encouraged to donate tinned/packaged food & toiletries, Year 11 to provide new beanies, scarves & money to purchase these and Year 12 to contribute long-life milk for use in our Wednesday morning hot chocolate fundraiser.
SJE SUPPORTING LOCAL HOMELESS HUB
On Thursday Benedict House Captains Isabel Goodwin and Jack Whitton visited the local homeless hub in Nowra, making donations as well as gaining knowledge on the current state of the homeless in the Shoalhaven community.
The donation of several food items and toiletries made up by Year 12 Benedict PALS will be forwarded to individuals throughout the Shoalhaven community in need.
