NEWS FROM V.E.T
YEAR 12 HOSPITALITY
Year 12 Hospitality students took part in their competency task to plan, prepare and present a three-course meal for thirty people.
It was a great opportunity for the students to invite family members who were able to enjoy the meal and witness the skills that have been developed over the course of studying Hospitality.
The students displayed outstanding skills and worked well in small and large teams to serve the meals. Well done Year 12 Hospitality!
SHOALHAVEN EXCELLENCE IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING ANNUAL AWARDS
This year these awards were held at Nowra Golf Club and once again St John's students were well represented. The students attended with their families and their VET teachers Mrs Chittick, Mrs Frank and Mr Gibson and Year 12 Coordinator Mr Vaughan. Congratulations is extended to the following Year 12 students who were nominated for the awards on the basis of outstanding application to all areas of their course and were awarded the following:
