Year 10 Vaccinations
Visit 1, Year 7 students - Friday 22 February 2019 (Term 1 – week 4)
Human Papillomavirus vaccine (HPV) which requires two doses to be given with a minimum 6 month interval: Diphtheria -Tetanus -Pertussis vaccine (Boostrix) as a single dose. Immunisation packs will be sent home with students and are to be returned by Thursday 14 February 2019.
Year 10 students - Tuesday 7 May (Term 2 – Week 2)
Meningococcal ACWY vaccine as a single dose. If your child won't be at school on this day and still require the vacccination please send their vaccination form in with a note explaining they will be absent and require the follow-up vaccination on Friday 30 August.
Year 7 and Year 10 students – Friday 30 August (Term 3 – week 6)
Year 7 second dose of Human Papillomavirus vaccine (HPV) which requires two doses to be given with a minimum 6 month interval.
Year 10 catch-up Meningococcal ACWY Vaccine.
