'R U OK?' day, held on Thursday 9 September is a national day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that every day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?

It is a reminder for us all to check in with our family, friends & community to encourage conversations that can help others through difficult times in their lives. 

Students in our PAX (Peace & Advocacy Group) acknowledged this day by preparing a beautiful morning prayer to share with our school community. Thank you to this wonderful group of students who actively seek opportunities to help others in the community.
