KEEPING ACTIVE DURING REMOTE LEARNING

It's fabulous to see so many students being active during remote learning.
Use your school holidays to look after yourselves by engaging in a variety of sports and activities.
Regular exercise is great for improving your memory & brain function, protecting against several chronic diseases, improving your sleep, reducing anxiety & depression as well as many other benefits!
