PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FOR EILISH
On Thursday 3 March, St John's 2021 Graduate Eilish Norwood received an award from the Honorable Tony Abbott as a Ramsay Scholar.
Eilish and her family were invited to ACU's Carolyn Chisholm lounge in North Sydney for the presentation. Congratulations Eilish. We are extremely proud of you!
OLYMPIC SWIMMING EXPERIENCE
Congratulations to Year 10 student Talika Irvine, swimming against a number of Olympians at the NSW State Open Championships last weekend.
It was an awesome experience for Talika to race against her idol Kaylee McKeown in the 100m backstroke and huge achievement qualifying to race several Olympians in the A final of the 400m Individual Medley!
NSW STATE CYCLING SUCCESS
Congratulations to Hugh Vaughan of Year 10, claiming two medals at the recent Australian Cycling NSW State Track Championships.
THE BEST ATHLETES IN THE STATE
Max Marshall, Nic, McGill, Cooper, Barrett, Denzel Atkinson, Bridget Fairs & Darcy Davis competed at the NSW State Junior Athletics Championships on 25-27 February, achieving some remarkable results, including medals, pb's and National qualifiers! We look forward to sharing the results of Max, Nic and Bridget at the Australian Championships in April!
