YEAR 9 HISTORY
9HISK have just started history and have begun learning about the M.A.I.N (Militarism, Alliances, Imperialism and Nationalism) causes of WW1 & the Industrial Revolution. Students explored a mini-documentary about trench conditions and warfare and in pairs, responded & researched specific focus areas.
We are loving their enthusiasm & passion for learning !
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?
We are collecting cans of food to assist local families in need, with the goal of donating 1,035 tins, roughly one per student & staff member. Currently we are just over half way to achieving our goal and request for cans to be donated and handed to PALS teachers.
There are many families within our local community doing it tough this Winter, please assist if you can.
