On Sunday 19 May the Year 12 English Extension class and their teacher Ms Woodall attended a HSC study day at Newington College in Sydney. The study day was run by the English Teacher's Association and focused on the new Extension One syllabus for the HSC - the Common Module 'Literary Worlds' and our elective 'Literary Homelands'. The students attended lectures delivered by highly experienced HSC markers and took notes to assist their future studies. All students agreed the day was extremely valuable and helped them gain a deeper insight into the demands of their course.
