Senior classes in the TAS Faculty offer students the opportunity to work autonomously in Major projects, and the flexibility to customise other practical tasks to suit their interests and learning needs. It is a busy time with school based tasks being handed in. Yr 12 Food Technology had a practical task on mufti day customising a cookie for a specific market, and a written task due last week.

YEAR 11 AGRICULTURE

Year 11 Agriculture are currently conducting an investigation into the influence of protein on growth in chickens. They are also conducting faecal worm egg counts to monitor drenching needs of our goats.

YEAR 11 INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY

Yr 11 Industrial Technology have just finished making a range of practice joints for their minor project being a customised wall cabinet. The Yr 12 Industrial technology class are working towards the deadline of their due date for their major project. There is a range of projects from display cabinets, coffee tables, buffets and bedside tables being popular.
