Wow what an amazing term we have had in Year 11. Year 11 have had a very busy couple of weeks. It was so amazing to see the way they took on the challenge of their first lot of major senior study exams. Students embraced this difficult time with maturity and many of the exam supervisors commented on how diligently they approached this time period. 

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the members of the Year group who received a leadership position for 2024. I know this team will represent and lead this school in a positive and respectful way.

I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge all members of the year group who nominated for a position. I know that all of Year 11 will take on the challenge Mr Marshall set them of all being leaders in this school. 

We are heading into Year 12 senior retreat next term. The first major event as the Year group moves into the final Year of their time here at St John’s. A reminder that this event is compulsory for all students. If there are any issues with this please contact myself or the school office. 

Finally Year 11 on Thursday received their 2024 Jersey. Students are allowed to wear these on Wednesdays and Fridays starting in term 4. A reminder that full summer uniform is to be worn under these. If students are in the wrong uniform or do not have the complete uniform they will be placed on withdrawal.
