The P&F are excited to announce that in addition to our Native Bees we have purchased Flow Hives in preparation for the arrival of Honey Bees. The Flow Hives and Honey Bees will be an exciting way to show students the environment in which honey is produced. Our local Apiarist (Bee Keeper), Chris Thomas from Beelonging, has been very supportive of our Bee education programs. We look forward to continuing our education through Chris' support to St Johns students and staff.
In addition to our wonderful Bee news, the P&F are also excited to announce the joint purchase of UHF Handheld radios with St John’s. Six pairs of radios (12 in total) will replace the older unsupported and unreliable radios. The new radios will be used for Bushcraft activities, canoeing and school camps.
P&F MEETING - MONDAY 16 OCTOBER 6PM
Our next P&F General meeting will be held on Monday 16 October at 6pm.
All parents/carers/grandparents are most welcome to attend. This will be our last meeting for 2023.
WORKING BEE - SATURDAY 28 OCTOBER
Our last Working Bee for 2023 will be held on Saturday 28 October starting at 9:00am and concluding at 10:30am. There will be a sausage sizzle on completion. Please come along and lend a hand! We would love to see you all there.

Wishing you all a safe and happy break over the holidays. The P&F committee would also like to wish our Year 12 students, staff and families all the very best as they prepare for their upcoming HSC exams, our thoughts and prayers are with them at this special and important time in their lives.
