YEAR 7 NEWS
Hello Parents and Carers,
Welcome to Term 4! It is somewhat surreal to think that the students of Yr 7 have almost finished their first year of highschool! As we embark on this final term of the year, we have some exciting updates to share with you. We're pleased to announce the newly elected Student Representative Council (SRC) leaders for 2024.

UNIFORM AND HAIR EXPECTATIONS
I’d also like to take this time to emphasise the importance of maintaining the school's hair and uniform expectations. If you have any questions or need clarification, please refer to the school diary for guidance or contact your child’s PALS teacher.
YEAR 7 STUDENT REFLECTIONS
I have asked students to reflect on their first year of high school and they happily shared some of their fond memories with me:
Luke Keating - My favourite memory of Yr 7 is being involved in the footy team
Allira Hepburn - A challenging moment from Yr 7 has been the school work, but I overcame it by keeping up with it!
Caiden Green - The funniest moment of Yr 7 was when me and my mate Harper capsized our kayak at camp
Lilly Moore - My favourite moment from Yr 7 was when I broke two school records at the athletics carnival in javelin and discus
Phoenix Wright - A challenging moment from Yr 7 was knowing where my classes were, I eventually remembered them all
Rya Lucas - My favourite memory from Year 7 was Foundation Day. Being able to walk around the school and win fun prizes and compete in fun games. I also enjoyed running my house group's stall and watching students cheer as they won prizes.
I wish all students of Yr 7 a very happy and successful Term
