It is with a touch of sadness that I write my final report as Year 12 Coordinator. The last six years have been filled with so much joy that has created wonderful memories for the St John’s community, the Year 12 students and myself. We will miss the vibrant personalities of all the students as well as the amazing talents and friendship they have brought to the school.

I would like to acknowledge the following students for their outstanding achievements in their HSC major works and congratulate all of Year 12 on completing their HSC.

Last Wednesday Year 12 celebrated the completion of Year 12 with their Graduation Dinner held at Figbird Cottage, Terera.

The occasion was a very special night and provided an opportunity for staff and students to reconnect with each other after the exams and to say goodbye.

I would like to thank the following people for their support in ensuring the success of the night: Jacob Stephenson, Abbey Simis, Cathy Chittick, Sandy Johnston, Debbie Brown, Ali Bowden, Scott Horne, Brendan Gibson, Serena Jablonskis, James Eirth, Wayne Marshall,  and the Year 11 helpers.

Finally I wish to thank the parents and carers of Year 12. Your support over the years has been invaluable. 

To Year 12, congratulations on completing your HSC and I wish you every success in whatever path your future takes you. Stay connected and remember to always be the hands of God to everyone you meet.

• 14 December 11.00am please join us at St John’s for morning tea to celebrate receiving your HSC results.
• Textbook returns. If you haven’t already returned your textbooks please bring them in asap or on 14 December. Year 11 students are waiting to borrow them for their HSC courses.
