YEAR 10 NEWS
What a busy few weeks Year 10 have had. In Week 9 students participated in Work experience. I had the pleasure of visiting some students at their workplaces. It was amazing to see the positive way all students engaged in the experience and the positive feedback from all employers.

In Week 8 students engaged with our Reflection morning, where students were asked to focus on social justice and thinking about those that are less fortunate than ourselves. They participated in both passive and movement activities as a way of opening the students eyes to some of the injustices in the world.

Students have this week been participating in Transition Week. Moving from Year 10 to 11 is one of the biggest steps academically that students will make. Thanks to all the students who engaged in Transition week and congratulations for all of our year 10 special awards.
That wraps up a great year for year 10. Congratulations on everyone who has achieved success and we will look to build on our achievements next year.
