YEAR 12 NEWS
What an amazing start it has been to the second term of Year 12 and the first term of 2024. Year 12 have blown me away with their amazing attitude, the way they are wearing their uniform and their overall involvement in the school. We have already had a number of events that they have involved themselves in including the swimming carnival, UOW Discovery Day, Open night and International Women's Day.

I would also like to congratulate the following students who gave up their time for the Working Bee last Wednesday: Jessica de Wit, Jaimi Chapman, Olivia Oke, Alexandra Leerson, Tom Brooks, Yianna Christensen, Talika Irvine, Andrew Percy, Savannah Damave, Kate Broome, Joey Bailey, Nakita Boatswain, Hugh Vaughan, Abbie Ewens.

I recently asked Year 12 to also reflect on their Year so far something I will be asking Year 12 to do throughout the rest of the Year.
What was the most exciting thing about the Swimming Carnival?
The most exciting thing about the Swimming Carnival was the intense competition and the exhilarating atmosphere as swimmers from different houses or teams battled it out in the pool. The energy was contagious, with spectators cheering on their friends and teammates, creating a sense of camaraderie and school spirit.
