PASTORAL CARE
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
I would like to wish all parents, carers and students a very merry Christmas. It has been a big year and therefore I hope you have a safe and enjoyable break. I hope that the holidays are spent soaking up the fresh air, engaging in physical activity, socialising with friends or reading a new book alongside opportunities for relaxation. We look forward to seeing you again for another wonderful year in 2025.
UNIFORM AND EXPECTATIONS FOR 2025
The school holidays may be a tempting time for your son and daughter to get an additional piercing. Students are permitted two piercings in each ear. Nose and other facial piercings are not permitted however, students may wear clear retainers (please ensure the piercing has sufficient time to heal before returning to school so that a clear retainer can be worn). If students do have noticeable additional piercings (beyond the school rules), they will be asked to remove them and placed on uniform withdrawal when they return next year.
Please remember the rules and expectations for all other aspects of our school uniform, including hair cuts and shoes, as students prepare to return in 2025. Extreme haircuts such as mullets and horsies are not acceptable. To avoid having to purchase again, please choose the correct school shoes and sports shoes that are in line with our uniform rules. We will focus on students getting these things correct from the beginning of next year. To clarify our shoes policy, please refer to the images below:
