9/10 BOY'S BASKETBALL KNOCKOUT

On Thursday 12 June an enthusiastic team fronted up to a tough opposition of St Josephs who had some high level players.
With a slow start from the St John's team, it gave way to a strong lead from St Joseph's. The second half the boys rallied well, built confidence and made baskets. They dominated the game, proving they were a quality team who were hungry for a win. Despite the strong second half the boys unfortunately could not close the gap on the scoreboard going down 52-42. The future of the team is positive looking forward to the Diocesan gala day in October.
Team members:
Taj Thomas, Aiden Spurway, Diesel Romeo, Liam Crumpton, Lyall Swindellhurst, Cody Chater, Brandon Exton, Xavier Exton, Oliver Webster, Aston Kazangai, Romeo Maniatas, Orlando Hilderbrant
