It was very exciting to receive the offer of Conrad Sewell to come to visit our school community. Many of our students took the opportunity to come to the hall and hear him sing two of his songs.

It was a great opportunity for our SJE News team to demonstrate their reporting skills as this Aria award winning performer granted them an interview, and they did a great job asking really good questions.

A big thank you to Ms. Abbey Baker, from CAPA, for assisting in the organisation of the visit. It was so good to see the joy on the faces of many of our students (and staff) as they met with him afterward and had photographs taken.

Congratulations also to Year 8 student and SJENN member Abbey Paton who spoke with ABC Radio (97.3) about this wonderful experience!
