FROM THE CURRICULUM OFFICE
YEAR 12
Trial examinations are coming to an end. The period of time between the trials and the HSC examinations is very important. In this regard, teachers have carefully planned every lesson. Students must attend school every day and remain engaged in all learning experiences. Students will receive feedback after their trials. They can make significant improvements from their trial marks to their HSC marks if they use this final period of time wisely.
YEAR 11
Yearly exams will be in Week 8. Exams will be scheduled during regular school hours. Students will have flexible attendance during this time however, students are not permitted to leave school grounds between exams. Study rooms will be available for those staying at school. A reminder that the HSC courses start in Term 4 and attendance is essential. Family holidays during the HSC course are not grounds for misadventure - if a scheduled task is missed students will receive a zero mark.
SUBJECT SELECTION
Choices are being finalised and students will be notified later this term/early next term.
