YEAR 11 NEWS

YEAR 12 LEADERS

An outstanding group of leaders have been selected for these roles in 2026. We had an overwhelming positive response from all nominees. All applicants wrote impressive nominations which were very heartfelt and passionate. Then each of these students responded with composure and humility when responding to specific questions posed by our staff panel and viewed by the entire year group. Congratulations to those students who will take on these important roles not only for themselves but also the entire school.

On Thursday the Commissioning Assembly was held to formally induct the 2026 school leaders into their new positions.

Although our 2026 Girl Captain, Anya Ellerington, and Chisholm House Captain, Kate Lilly, were unable to attend, we look forward to formally recognising and commissioning them into their leadership roles next term.

JERSEYS

This week Year 11 will receive their Year 12 Jerseys! Students will be instructed as to when they may first wear the jersey in Term 4. The Jersey must be worn as an addition to the regular school uniform, no other clothing items that are not school uniform can be worn.

    RETREAT

Just a reminder that Year 11 Retreat is being held at The Tops Conference Centre at Stanwell Tops: Term 4 Week 2, Wednesday 22nd to Friday 24th October, 2025. Retreat is always an enriching and joyful time for students. The format of retreat is completely different to what students have experienced on school camps and the year group always comes back with a positive and settled outlook towards the year ahead. Final instructions and reminders will be issued in Year assemblies in weeks 1 and 2 at the start of term.

“Inspire not to have more but to be more.”
