YEAR 11 ANCIENT HISTORY

Year 11 Ancient History students have been working collaboratively and challenging themselves to research and reconstruct the town layout and some of the significant buildings of the ancient city of Palmyra in Syria. Most of these significant architectural structures have been destroyed by ISIS during the war in Syria, signifying a monumental loss to our collective world heritage.

Year 11 Modern History have been looking at the Schlieffen Plan, recreating the steps of the armies of Europe in 1914 using the visual tool of lollies.
