ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL'S REPORT

The safety of our students is paramount and we are especially concerned that safety may be being compromised for some students in the morning before school starts.
A small number of students are bringing their scooters and bikes to school and riding in the grounds of the netball courts, coming on school grounds just as the bell is ringing. These students are at risk as they are unsupervised, and should an accident occur, adult support would not be on hand.
We request that students come onto school grounds immediately upon arrival. We have a duty of care for all students once they arrive at school. Please discuss this with the young person in your home. It would be much better for them to come on grounds, greet their friends and make their way to PALS in a timely manner.
Have a good week.
