YEAR 10 - WORK EXPERIENCE

Work experience forms are due back on Monday 18 November. As finding a suitable placement can take some time, all Year 10 students should have begun the process of securing an employer for 9 - 13 December. Students needing extra assistance need to see or email Mrs. Hill.

 

YEAR 11 - UOW DISCOVERY DAY

University of Wollongong Discovery Day will be on Friday 7 February 2020 and is recommended for any HSC 2020 student considering attending university. Students will need to register for the sessions/lectures they want to attend, these registrations will close Friday 29 November 2019.

A permission note and bus money will also need to be returned to the office, this will be issued soon. 

 

YEAR 12 - LOCAL SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY 

Sanctuary Point & District Community Bank Scholarship is available for 2 local students residing in postcode 2540 who are academically capable and community minded but experiencing difficulty in funding tertiary study. 

* $5000 scholarship for Bachelor degree study

* $2500 scholarship for TAFE studies

Applications open from 2 December 2019 until 28 January 2020.

A Junior Receptionist position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Interest in a long term administration position is preferable, immediate start.
