At the beginning of each school year we are required to collect a media consent form from every student, signed by parents/carers and students. These forms are required to enable students to be photographed for a number of events including;

• Group School Photographs
• Annual School Yearbook
• St John's website
• Catholic Diocese of Wollongong Website
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Livstream of assemblies and events

All students are required to return this form to their PALS teacher by Week 3.
