YOUNG ENDEAVOUR PROGRAM

Youth aged 16-23 are invited to apply to set sail on Sail Training Ship (STS) Young Endeavour. The 11-day voyages will depart between May – Dec 2021 and sail in NSW, QLD & VIC.

A voyage in Young Endeavour is the adventure of a lifetime, with the Youth Development Program helping to increase confidence and resilience, and grow teamwork and leadership skills within youth.

Youth will learn the skills required to sail a tall ship, and the training culminates in 'Command Day' where youth crew take control of the ship for 24 hours under the watchful eye of the Royal Australian Navy staff crew.
