GIRLS IN FIREFIGHTING CAMP
There will be a Girls in Firefighting camp at Mogo in the July school holidays. It’s about community resilience and opening the minds of teenage girls to the opportunities out there.
The girls will be led by mentors from different fire agencies and get to discover all the different types of trucks, fitness test drills, remote navigation and also call in a helicopter with a water bucket. The girls will get to sit in the helicopter and talk to the pilot.
A great opportunity to learn new skills and get something that will stand out on your resume. Click here for details.
